As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, our customers are entitled to return Ready2 products under certain conditions.

Customers have the right to return Ready2 pouches if they are undamaged and unopened. This must occur within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that the costs for return shipping are to be paid by the customer.

We will refund the payment to your account within 14 days. 

What steps do I follow to return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@ready-2.com to inform us that you wish to return your order. We will then send you a return label via email. This label should be affixed to the package along with any necessary postage stamps. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned order and, if the aforementioned conditions are met, refund the due amount.
