Article 1 – Welcome
1.1 Welcome to the Ready² Affiliate Program.
1.2 Ready² works with affiliates and ambassadors based on trust, transparency, and shared values. These Terms & Conditions explain how the affiliate program operates, what is expected from affiliates, and how Ready² protects both its partners and its brand.
1.3 By joining or participating in the Ready² Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Article 2 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Ready², we, us, or our refers to Ready² and its legal operating entity.

Affiliate, partner, or you refers to any individual or entity participating in the Ready² Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Link refers to the unique tracking link assigned to an affiliate.

Discount Code refers to the unique promotional code assigned to an affiliate.

Commission refers to the percentage or amount paid to the affiliate for eligible orders.

Eligible Order refers to a completed purchase that is not refunded, canceled, or charged back.

Program refers to the Ready² Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Handbook refers to the Ready² Partner & Ambassador Handbook, including all appendices, guidelines, and referenced materials, as updated from time to time.
Article 3 – Enrollment and Participation
3.1 Participation in the Ready² Affiliate Program is subject to approval. Ready² reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasoning.
3.2 Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between Ready² and the Affiliate.
3.3 Affiliates act independently and are solely responsible for their own activities.
3.4 Affiliates have no authority to make representations, warranties, promises, or commitments on behalf of Ready² or to bind Ready² in any manner.
Article 4 – Commission Structure
4.1 Affiliates may earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their Affiliate Link or Discount Code.
4.2 At the time of joining, the commission structure may include commission on an initial qualifying order and commission on a limited number of follow-up orders made by the same customer.
4.3 Ready² reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify at any time:

commission percentages
-
the number of orders eligible for commission
-
eligibility criteria
-
bonus structures, tiers, or incentives
-
any other factors relating to commission calculation
4.4 Changes to commission terms may take effect immediately and do not require prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
4.5 Where reasonably practicable, Ready² may provide advance notice of material changes via email or the affiliate platform, without creating any obligation to do so.
Article 5 – Tracking and Attribution
5.1 Tracking of affiliate activity is performed via Affiliate Links, Discount Codes, and related tracking technologies.
5.2 Ready² does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking. Tracking may be affected by technical limitations, browser settings, cookie deletion, ad blockers, or third-party platform behavior.
5.3 Ready²’s internal tracking records shall be the sole basis for determining Eligible Orders and Commission entitlement.
Article 6 – Payments and Payouts
6.1 Commissions are calculated after the applicable return or refund period.
6.2 Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back orders are not eligible for commission.
6.3 Payments and commission processing may be facilitated through third-party platforms, including Shopify Collabs. Ready² is not responsible for delays, errors, or technical issues caused by such platforms.
6.4 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for complying with any applicable tax obligations.
Article 7 – Promotional Conduct and Content Guidelines
7.1 Affiliates must promote Ready² in a manner that is honest, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Ready² is a dietary supplement. Affiliates may only use officially approved product claims, general ingredient explanations provided by Ready², and personal experience-based language.
7.3 Affiliates may not:

make medical, disease-related, or therapeutic claims
-
guarantee results or outcomes
-
suggest that Ready² replaces sleep, food, hydration, or medical care
-
frame Ready² as a cure, fix, or treatment for hangovers or similar conditions
7.4 Affiliates must comply with applicable EU and national regulations relating to food supplements and health claims.
7.5 Ready² provides guidance on claims, ingredient explanations, and disclosures in the Affiliate Handbook. Affiliates must follow this guidance and ensure that advertising is clear, prominent, and easily understood.
Article 8 – Affiliate Handbook and Guidelines
8.1 The Affiliate Handbook forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference.
8.2 Affiliates agree to comply with the most recent version of the Affiliate Handbook, including all appendices, guidelines, and referenced materials.
8.3 Ready² may update or modify the Affiliate Handbook from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, brand standards, or operational updates.
8.4 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with and act in accordance with the latest version of the Affiliate Handbook. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated versions.
Article 9 – Disclosure and Advertising Compliance
9.1 Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws in their jurisdiction.
9.2 Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required, using labels such as “affiliate link”, “partner”, or “ad”, in a manner that is clearly visible and understandable to the audience.
9.3 Failure to comply with disclosure obligations may result in suspension or termination from the Program.
Article 10 – Prohibited Activities
10.1 Affiliates may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
10.2 Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited messaging, deceptive redirects, or impersonate Ready² or represent themselves as a medical authority.
10.3 Affiliates may not publish Ready² Discount Codes on coupon or deal aggregation websites without prior permission.
10.4 Ready² reserves the right to disable, rotate, or invalidate Discount Codes that are misused or distributed in ways that undermine the Program.
Article 11 – Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination
11.1 Ready² operates a guardrails-and-creative-freedom model.
11.2 In cases of non-compliance, Ready² may request adjustments or removal of content. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.
11.3 Ready² reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to continue commission payments beyond Eligible Orders already approved.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
12.1 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ready² brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting Ready² in connection with the Program.
12.2 All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Ready².
12.3 Ready² may seek immediate injunctive relief in the event of unauthorized use, misuse, or infringement of its intellectual property or brand assets.
Article 13 – Liability, Indemnification, and Risk Allocation
13.1 Participation in the Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk.
13.2 Ready² makes no guarantees regarding income, performance, conversion, or continued availability of the Program.
13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready² shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
13.4 Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready², its directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

the Affiliate’s promotional activities
-
content published or shared by the Affiliate
-
violation of these Terms & Conditions or the Affiliate Handbook
-
violation of applicable laws or regulations
-
misleading claims, improper disclosures, or harm caused to third parties
13.5 Affiliates must promptly notify Ready² of any claim or legal issue related to their participation in the Program and must reasonably cooperate in the defense or mitigation of such claims.
13.6 This indemnification obligation survives termination of participation in the Program.
Article 14 – Errors, Interpretation, and Unintended Benefits
14.1 In the event of a manifest error, clerical mistake, technical error, or inconsistency within these Terms & Conditions or the Affiliate Handbook, Ready² reserves the right to correct such error.
14.2 A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, provisions that clearly deviate from the intended structure of the Program, are not reasonably intended, or would result in an unintended, unreasonable, or unethical advantage for an Affiliate compared to standard market practice for affiliate programs.
14.3 No Affiliate may derive rights from a manifest error or from provisions that, when reasonably interpreted in context, lead to unjust enrichment or outcomes that clearly exceed what Ready² could reasonably have intended.
14.4 Any correction under this article shall be made in good faith and in a manner consistent with the purpose, structure, and market standards of the Program.
14.5 Where reasonably practicable, Ready² will inform affected Affiliates of such corrections.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
15.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
Article 16 – Changes to These Terms
16.1 Ready² may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
16.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with the most current version of these Terms & Conditions and the Affiliate Handbook. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
